The Owner

Terrance Beauford, is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic of Martin County Fire Rescue from 2001 - 2020 where he served as a Firefighter, Paramedic, Step-Up Fire-Captain & Rescue-Captain. Terrance has served on the AED-CPR Training Team as a certified CPR Instructor, ACLS Instructor, & PALS Instructor with Martin County Fire Rescue. Terrance is a U.S. Air Force Veteran from 1991-1995 where he served as a Structural/Crash Fire Protection Specialist as well as a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician. 

While in the U.S. Air Force is where Terrance first became certified as a American Heart Association CPR Instructor. Terrance is a Critical Care Transport Paramedic for Cleveland Clinic Martin Health at Traditions Medical Center in Port St. Lucie, Fl. Terrance established Broaden Horizon CPR, First Aid, & Safety Services LLC in October of 2020 after retiring from Martin County Fire Rescue. 

Terrance believes in a continuous education of CPR, and Healthcare interventional subjects. Terrance believes that all citizens, healthcare professionals, business owners, non-profits, will benefit from these subjects and could very well be instrumental in saving a life.
